A warning for the Kessock Bridge, in Inverness, which had been enforced the past two mornings has been lifted. In Hatton, Aberdeenshire, a road block between Station road and Hobshill Place remains in place due to Wednesday’s church fire. It is said to be causing large congestion issues in the town. Temporary traffic lights in Turriff also continue to cause congestion to pile up on the B9025, at the Deveron Bridge junction. Elsewhere in the north-east, the Cairn O’Mount road remains closed for emergency road repairs. In Aberdeen, the usual traffic is building up around Market Street, Danestone and Union Street. The usual congestion can be expected around Holburn Junction, Haudagain Roundabout and the Beach Boulevard. Long term roadworks are in place at Machar Drive, which could cause delays.
