Wednesday’s travel: Roads back to normal as weather clears

Roads closed for the past three days in the north-east and Moray due to winter weather have now re-opened..
The Cairn O’Mount, or B974 Banchory to Fettercairn road and A93 Braemar to Blairgowrie road are both open again, as is the A939 Ballater to Tomintoul road.
In Hatton, Aberdeenshire, a road block between Station road and Hobshill Place remains in place due to a church fire last week.
Temporary traffic lights in Turriff also continue to cause congestion to pile up on the B9025, at the Deveron Bridge junction.
In Aberdeen, on the roads this morning the usual congestion in Aberdeen can be expected around Holburn Junction, Haudagain Roundabout and the Beach Boulevard.
Long term roadworks are in place at Machar Drive, which could cause delays.
Elsewhere, there’s the usual heavy traffic on the A90 southbound between Foveran and Ellon
