Highland Council is holding a drop-in session tomorrow at Kilmallie Free Church in Caol. The exhibition will have the latest flood mapping of the area, as well as preliminary designs of a protection scheme for Caol and Lochyside. Maps, 3D visualisations and architects impressions of the flood protection proposals will also be on display. Representatives from the Highland Council and the local authority’s flooding consultant will be available to discuss the plans and answer questions. All are welcome to attend drop-in sessions in Kilmallie Free Church Glenpane Street, Caol at any time between 2–4pm and 6–8pm.
