Shocking video of teens playing on Aberdeen factory tower that went up in flames

This video shows young people climbing a tower in the dangerous Broadford works which erupted into flames this weekend.

Taken from the PC World car park, the video shows two teenagers scaling one of the towers located in the A-listed site on March 29.

Falko Baguhl, who recorded the video when his wife spotted the climbers, said: “The footage clearly shows that the property isn’t secured well enough to keep risk-seeking people off that site”.

Councillor Bill Cormie:”I don’t like using the word death, but for goodness sake, Aberdeen City Council need to take action before something happens.

“The Broadford Works has loads of high buildings that act as magnets for youngsters and thrill-seekers like this.”
