Black and white images of some of pop culture’s best-known faces have been unearthed from the archives.
Previously unseen TV Times pictures from of stars including Woody Allen, Ronnie Barker and Liza Minnelli were fund lurking in A4 envelopes at the British Film Institute in London.
One of the prints shows film director Alfred Hitchcock peeking behind the door of the Rovers Return on the set of Coronation Street in 1968 while others feature Peter Sellers, Diana Rigg and Sir Michael Caine.
The photos, some of which have been stowed away for more than 50 years will soon be put up for sale.
