We take a look at the career path of three of the TV show’s stars.
ROLAND BROWNING
aka Erkan Mustafa

After he left Grange Hill in 1987, he appeared on Blackadder’s Christmas Carol in 1988 and seven episodes of Chef! in 1993.
In more recent years, he has appeared on TV shows as himself including Soccer AM and Celebrity Juice. On his Twitter page he describes himself as an actor, writer and director.

JONAH JONES
aka Lee Sparke

Lee’s character was killed off after two seasons but his acting career also took a back seat after appearing in a TV show for Yorkshire TV and a few episodes of EastEnders.

He later worked in finance for the National Bank of Egypt then for Security Pacific National bank in Liverpool Street doing Foreign Exchange. He has lived both in the UK and Australia.

SAMUEL “ZAMMO” MAGUIRE
aka Lee MacDonald

Lee played Zammo for five years but in between filming the TV show he worked for a locksmith wholesalers. He was also a boxer and had planned to turn pro when he was 21, but two months later he had a car accident which ended his chances.

He turned his hand to the locksmith trade and in 2000 he took on his own shop. He said in an interview in 2009 he still did bits and pieces of acting but his shop was the main priority.
