Emergency services are on the scene of the incident at Elgol, which happened at 12.10pm. It is understood that the vehicle is upside down in the water. However all occupants are out of the car. A police spokesman said that there did not appear to be anyone seriously injured, however two ambulances have been sent to the scene.
