VIDEO: Four people swallowed up by giant sinkhole in terrifying footage

This is the terrifying moment four people were swallowed up by a giant sinkhole, while they were waiting for a bus.

The hole –  which opened up in a pavement in the Chinese city of Harbin – was reportedly 32 sq ft in width and 6ft deep –

Luckily, the four people managed to escape by climbing out and being helped by other pedestrians.

They were later taken to hospital and treated for minor injuries.

The horrifying moment was captured on CCTV by a nearby noodle shop.
