Youths were seen throwing stones at a number of ducks at Stornoway harbour at Bayhead on Wednesday September 16 at about 7pm. One of the birds was killed as a result. Officers are keen to speak to the youths seen in the area. Anyone with information should contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
