A flood warning has been issued for large parts of Scotland this morning as weather brings disruptions to thousands of commuters.
Alerts are in place for Argyll and Bute, parts of the Highlands, southern parts of Aberdeenshire, Central Scotland and the Borders.
Strong winds have forced transport bosses to lower speed limits on the the Skye, Dornoch and Kessock bridges.
Drivers have also been warned to drive carefully on the A9 as snow has been falling in the early hours – with it lying in places, particularly at the Slochd.
Over the weekend flooding caused problems on motorways in the south of the country, with the M74 one of the worst hit.
And the A82 was closed due to problems with flooding – but has since been re-opened.
