The B974, Banchory – Fettercairn, road is closed while police await vehicle recovery. The road is known for it’s snow gate and altitude, which often causes icy, hazardous conditions. A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “The road has had to fully close because the lorry is covering both lanes. “We would advise motorists to find an alternative route this morning.”
