Police patrols are being increased around an Aberdeen school after an indecent exposure incident involving a child.
Police are following a positive line of inquiry following the incident which happened last Friday at about 3.20pm in Seafield Road.
Inspector Ian McKinnon of the West End community policing team said: “Whilst this is undoubtedly an upsetting incident for the close community, it’s thankfully an extremely rare occurrence.
“There is an extensive inquiry ongoing with specialist officers assisting my team.
“We are working closely with the local school and I have arranged for additional patrols to be carried out in the community.
