Views are being sought on plans for new student accommodation and shops in a busy city street.
A public exhibition will be held on April 19 to gauge interest in the development in Aberdeen’s King Street, next to the Bobbin pub.
The scheme would be the first venture into student housing by West Coast Estates and would be close to Aberdeen University.
Iftikar Mian, director of West Coast Estates said: “I would highly encourage those living in the vicinity of this site to come along to the exhibition on Tuesday to view our proposals and importantly give us your feedback.
“At West Coast Estates, we value the involvement of the local community and are keen to involve the public in this project as much as possible.
“It has been well documented that there is a serious lack of student housing in Aberdeen and this site provides the perfect opportunity to deliver high-quality accommodation in a location ideal for students.”
Members of the project team will be at the event to answer questions.
The exhibition will take place at Aberdeen Sports Village in Aquatics Meeting Room 1 and will be held from 4pm to 8pm.
