A Mull lifeboat was called to assist a yacht which broke down to the west of the island last night.
The Tobermory lifeboat was launched after the vessel encountered engine troubles with five people on board between the isles of Ulva and Gometra, at about 5.45pm.
A Stornoway Coastguard spokeswoman said: “We got the call at 5.45pm. It was just west of the Isle of Mull.”
She said Tobermory escorted the yacht, which had engine problems, back to Mull.
