Crews called to flat fire in Aberdeen

Fire crews are at the scene of a flat blaze in the Hazlehead area of Aberdeen.

The fire broke out in the living room of a high rise property in Hazlehead Terrace.

Emergency services were first alerted at about 8.20pm.

Four appliances, with 13 firefighters on board, were called to the scene.

Crews used breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.

The property has sustained smoke damage but no one has been injured.
