Jenna Gaudie, 19, was caught behind the wheel while more than four times the legal drink drive limit. The teen miraculously survived a fatal motorbike crash in July 2013 that killed her boyfriend Terry Crook. They were both flung from the blue Yamaha when the bike was hit by a car on a busy road in Aberdeen. Mr Crook, who did not have a bike licence or insurance for the machine, was thrown more than 50ft through the air by the force of the impact. He suffered massive head injuries after his unfastened helmet flew off. He was rushed to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary but died a short time later after suffering brain damage and a fractured skull. Gaudie, then aged 16 and who was riding pillion, also came flying off the bike and ended up with horrendous injuries, including a fractured leg. Gaudie pled guilty to three driving charges at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today and sentence was deferred.
