Man allegedly flashed children outside Stonehaven school

Police are appealing for witnesses after children were allegedly flashed outside a north-east school.
The force has appealed for a woman to come forward with information, following the indecent exposure incidents in Stonehaven.
One happened on the Slug Road, outside Mackie Academy, on August 29. The other occurred on Saturday, September 3 in the town centre.
A 65-year-old man has subsequently been charged in connection with the alleged incidents, but police inquiries are still ongoing.
Officers think an “older woman”, who was spotted coming off a Stagecoach X7 bus on Barclay Street on the Saturday between 2pm and 3pm, can help with inquiries. And they have urged her to get in touch with the force.
Local constable, Stuart Gillies, said: “We have reason to believe that this woman could have information which could help with our inquiry, and I would urge her to get in touch with Police on 101.”
