A 15-year-old boy has been charged following an incident in which a boy’s football shirt was set on fire.
The incident took place in the Inverurie Road area of Bucksburn, Aberdeen, on Saturday evening.
Bucksburn Community Policing Team Inspector David Chambers said: “Enquiries into the incident are still ongoing, and officers are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time and may have seen anything to contact Police on 101.
“In particular officers would like to trace a female who came from the Cloverfield Gardens area around the time of the alleged incident and may have information that could assist.”
A report will be submitted to the Youth Justice Management Unit.
