Work has begun on a new pub restaurant in Aberdeen.
Dyce Farm, a Farmhouse Inns pub, which is set to create 90 new jobs when it opens in October this year, will bring a brand new carvery restaurant to the area, with a specialist team of bakers onsite to produce homemade cakes.
The pub, which is on ABZ Business Park will offer a traditional carvery where locals can expect at least three different types of meat, up to five different variations of potato and a huge selection of seasonal vegetable accompaniments.
The Greene King owned pub restaurant will also feature pub classics on the menu, as well as serving breakfast from 6am alongside its carveries, homemade cakes and large selection of 100% dairy ice creams.
Dyce Farm general manager, John Tracey, said: “I can’t wait to see Dyce Farm come to life and finally open its doors to the public. There’s been a significant investment from Greene King and I’m sure the food offering is going to be a big hit with both locals and visitors.”
John is also looking to recruit for new full and part-time roles across the bar and in the kitchen, he added: “We’re on the look-out for dynamic, hard-working individuals for various positions at the Dyce Farm.”
