Police have appealed for witnesses after an crash at an Aberdeen roundabout this afternoon.
Officers were called to the scene of the incident at around 2.40pm at King’s Cross roundabout, close to the junction with King’s Gate, after a collision involving an car and a cyclist.
The woman who was riding the bicycle escaped without any serious injuries, but has been taken by ambulance crews to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary as a precaution.
Police had previously reported the driver of the car had not stopped at the scene, however it has now emerged that the driver did stop.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is urged to contact the police on 101.
