Picture by Jim Irvine Seven people have been detained following reports of a stabbing at an Aberdeen shopping centre car park. The incident took place near College Street car park, near the city’s Union Square, at around 1.40pm this afternoon. A 41-year-old was treated by emergency medical staff following the attack but further information on his condition is not currently available. A spokesman for Police Scotland confirmed the detained individuals are currently assisting officers with their enquiries. The spokesman said: “Police are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident and there is no threat to the wider public.”
