Three people appeared in court yesterday after a man was found seriously injured in Aberdeen city centre.
Police and paramedics were called to College Street car park at around 1.40pm on Thursday.
The busy multi-storey overlooks the city’s Union Square shopping centre and train station.
At the time, investigating officers said that a man had been taken to hospital to be treated for injuries as a result of an “incident”.
And yesterday, two men and a woman appeared in court in connection with the case.
Wayne Duncan, 41, Andrew Wallace, 42, and 32-year-old Leanne Kane have all been charged with assault with intent to rob.
The trio, all from Aberdeen, appeared in private at the city’s sheriff court yesterday, where they made no plea and no declaration.
They were remanded in custody and are expected to appear again in court next week.
The alleged victim, who was also detained by police, did not appear in court yesterday.
A Crown Office spokesman said: “The procurator fiscal received a report concerning a 35-year-old man in connection with an alleged incident said to have occurred in Aberdeen on October 6.
“After full and careful consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, he was liberated from custody pending further inquiries and did not appear in court.”
