A 49-year-old man from Aberdeen has been charged after police recovered crack cocaine and heroin worth more than £100,000 from a property in the city.
The recovery was made during an intelligence-led drugs search warrant in the Bridge of Don area yesterday.
The man is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “Targeting serious organised crime involving drugs is a priority for the Division under Operation Aspen to ensure the north-east remains one of the safest places to live and work.
“Anyone with concerns about drug misuse where they live should contact Police on 101 or if they wish to remain anonymous the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
