Rory McGhee is alleged to have intimately touched the two girls over the course of a year. It is alleged he sexually assaulted one 16-year-old girl repeatedly between August 5, 2015 and August 31 this year. Court papers state the 33-year-old would place his hands on her bottom, over her clothing, and thrust his private parts against her. He is further alleged to have sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl between September 29 and October 4 this year. It is alleged McGhee, of Grampian Road, Aberdeen, acted in a similar manner towards the girl while making sexual remarks. Court papers state he also slapped the youngster’s bottom, placed his hand in between her legs and pushed his groin against her. McGhee denied the allegations and will go on trial later this year. He was released on bail with a special condition not to approach or contact the girls who had made the complaints against him.
