An event warning youngsters on the dangers of north-east roads will return today.
Crash Live will be at the Stonehaven Leisure Centre car park, and the fire service is urging new motorists, people approaching driving age and their parents to attend.
The event will include a presentation from police, as well as a simulation of a road accident, followed by a question and answer session with firefighters.
Station manager Ben Law said: “The purpose of Crash Live is to inform up and coming young drivers of the consequences of careless and dangerous driving.
“It also focuses on making potential passengers of motor vehicles recognise their responsibility for wearing seatbelts and take responsibility if the driver is travelling too fast.”
The event will take place at 7pm.
