28-year-old man charged in connection with Aberdeen murder

A 28-year-old man has been charged in connection with the murder of an Aberdeen man.

Officers confirmed the man is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court tomorrow.

A major police operation was launched after Robert Reid, 26, was found dead in a top floor flat on Arnage Place on Wednesday morning.

A police spokeswoman said: “Police Scotland can confirm that a 28-year-old man has been charged in connection with the murder of Robert Reid in Aberdeen.

“He is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court tomorrow.”
