The incident happened on the A96 road near Inveramsay Bridge shortly before 10am. A black Honda CRV is understood to have crashed into a wall, blocking the south-bound lane. The car was carrying a female driver and her two children but none of the passengers were injured. Recovery was called just before 10am and police officers were at the scene. A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “It’s not too serious, an ambulance attended as a precaution. “The car crashed into a wall on the Inverurie side of the bridge at Pitcaple. “They’re not being taken to hospital and the vehicle is being recovered. “Officers were sent to deal with the incident.”
