A neighbour contacted officers on November 11 regarding Iain Mattocks, 45, from the Mastrick area of the city. Police are now asking the public for help as they try to find him. Inspector Chris Kerr said: “It is out of character for Iain to not be in touch and we are appealing to anyone who might have seen him to contact us. “We would also appeal directly to Iain and ask him to get in touch and let us know he is ok.” Iain is described as 6ft tall, of large build and has dark greying hair. He wears glasses and speaks with an English accent. Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101.
