Peter Baylis, 55, was last seen at the city’s royal infirmary at 11am and may still require medical treatment. He is described as 5ft 9ins, medium build and has short receding brown hair. When last seen he was wearing grey or khaki coloured trousers, a dull blue shirt and was carrying a blue plastic bag. Police are anxious to find Mr Baylis as he may be in need of medical treatment. Anyone who has any information which may help trace Mr Baylis has been urged to contact police on 101.
