Officers were rushed to a bridge on the Beach Esplanade, near the Offshore Accommodation Road, at 10.45am with concerns for a man’s safety. The road was closed between the King Street junction and the Beach Ballroom for some time and pedestrians had been advised to avoid the area. The road has now been reopened and the man is receiving assistance.
