Police were called to the incident on the B993 at Keithhall, near Inverurie, at 7.25am. ScotRail said trains between the Granite City and the Highland capital may be delayed or revised. A spokeswoman for the force said: “A vehicle has collided with the main railway bridge at Keithhall. “Network Rail are there. We are still at the scene.” She said no one appeared to have been injured in the incident. A spokesman for the rail company said valid tickets can be used on First buses while the disruptions persist. More to follow.
