This timelapse footage shows the work being carried out on one of the bridges over the new AWPR bypass.
Massive steel beams have been craned into place and array of construction work has been carried out on the route.
The structure in the footage will carry traffic heading east-west, to and from the city on North Deeside Road.
Around 43,000 vehicles are expected to travel along the new road, which will stretch from Stonehaven in the south, through Milltimber, between Kingswells and Westhill, before looping around Dyce and heading towards Balmedie.
