More than 60 firefighters have been called to tackle a major blaze at a north-east farm.
Nine fire crews were sent to Palace Farm, Banff at around 11.15am this morning and continue to work to fight back the flames.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson confirmed investigators believe the fire broke out at a building on the farm used to store gas cylinders.
They added that a variety of appliances had been called to the scene and that the fire is believed to be extensive.
The spokesperson added that no one had been injured in the incident and those in the area had been moved to a safe distance.
