The incident happened shortly before 11.45am around 19 miles off the coast of Fraserburgh. The boat, which is now drifting in the waters, is understood to be carrying four people on board. A coastguard spokesman said: “We have been called to assist a fishing vessel, which has broken down. “The vessel is drifting and we’re towing it back to a place of safety.”
