Almost 3,500 properties across the north-east were left without power this morning.
Power outages were reported in areas throughout the region, including Kingswells, Ellon and Stuartfield.
Although electricity was restored to the majority of properties by 9.30am this morning, other are still being affected.
A broken pole caused by the storms has left 401 properties without power in the AB42 area, which includes Hatton and St Fergus, and the issue is expected to remain ongoing until around noon.
A further 42 properties were also affected in Kingswells after a tree was blown down, striking a line.
Further properties in Ellon, Tarves, Pitmedden and Udny are also still experiencing failures.
A spokeswoman from Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks said: “We would like to apologise to our customers in the North-east for the inconvenience and thank them for their patience as our teams of engineers work to restore their power as quickly and as safely as possible.”
