A red flood warning has been issued for Portsoy to Macduff and Findhorn to Lossiemouth by Sepa. Aberdeenshire Council is giving sandbags to Macduff High Shore area and Scotstown. There are also bags available from outside Tannery Street Roads Depot at Banff and Park Street Depot, Fraserburgh. A council spokesman said they are monitoring the situation.
