The home of a popular Aberdeen chip shop has been put on the market.
Potential buyers of the building, which contains Hass’ Fish and Chips on Holburn Street, have until February 17 to submit an offer.
Hass’ Fish and Chip shop itself will not be closing down.
Kevin Jackson, a Senior Associate at DM Hall, who is marketing the property, said: “The outlet is a well-known and popular takeaway in the city and this has certainly boosted the interest of potential purchasers.
“The relatively small lot size is attractive at present, as is the high yield and demonstrates that there is optimism in the Aberdeen market and good demand for the right product.”
