A broken down bus has been causing traffic chaos in Aberdeen city centre this morning.
The double-decker came to a stop at the road works on Upper Kirkgate about 8.20am and is continuing to cause congestion for motorists who are being forced to turn round and take alternative routes.
Police are at the scene waiting for the vehicle to be towed away.
A police spokeswoman said: “A double decker bus has broken down on Upperkirkgate, Aberdeen causing some congestion. Drivers should take an alternative route until the bus has been removed.”
