Motorists have been warned of potential delays due to closures at two busy roads in the west of Aberdeen.
The A93 Culter to Drumoak road will be shut at the Rob Roy Bridge from 6am on Saturday until 6pm on Sunday.
The traffic measure is being put in place as part of a £530,000 project to repair the bridge, which is due for completion by the middle of this month.
Meanwhile, the nearby Kennerty Road will be closed between its junctions with Kennerty Mills Road and Millside Street from 6am today until 6pm tomorrow.
Diversion signs will be put in place to advise drivers of alternative routes.
A spokeswoman for Aberdeen City Council said: “We apologise for any inconvenience to motorists while these essential works are being carried out to the bridge and Kennerty Road.
“We hope to avoid as much disruption as possible and will aim to open the bridge earlier if all goes to plan.
“Motorists should note these dates are provisional and subject to change.”
Pedestrians will be allowed to cross the bridge for the duration of the works.
