Police are appealing for a woman who was assaulted in an Aberdeen shopping centre to come forward.
Two shoppers were approached by a woman while in Union Square, Guild Street, yesterday.
The woman, who was between 18-20-years-old, told the pair that she had been assaulted.
She had shoulder-length black hair, black boots, a green and black checked shirt with a long t-shirt underneath with a leopard print bag.
The woman is not believed to have been injured but police are keen to speak with her.
Constable Rebecca Duncan of the city centre community policing team said: “We are keen to trace this woman to establish if any assault took place and to initiate further enquiries if they may be required.
“I would also be keen to hear from a man and woman who it is understood kindly offered some assistance to the woman after she approached them and suggested she had been assaulted.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111
