Three people are expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today following the recovery of around £3,000 of drugs from a city property.
A drug search warrant was executed in the Balnagask Road area of Torry yesterday and diamorphine, cannabis and ‘crack’ cocaine were found.
Two males aged 17 and 18, along with a 39-year-old woman are expected to appear in court today.
Local Sergeant John Lumsden said: “I would like to thank the community for all information received in connection with this inquiry.”
He added: “Officers in Torry are committed to ensuring the area is a hostile place for illegal drugs and the associated criminal behaviour that comes with them.
“I would urge people living in the community to pick up the phone if you have any concerns about anti-social behaviour in order to allow us to continue to take action. Please contact Police on 101 or, if you wish to remain anonymous, the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.”
