Police Scotland have confirmed they are investigating the break-in, after receiving a call from K&C Jewellers in Ellon. The incident is understood to have happened at around 3am this morning. Kevin Reid, the owner of the store on Ellon’s Bridge Street, said the culprits used a sledgehammer to break the window and remove the watches.
