The 64-year-old has been charged with culpable and reckless conduct following an incident in Aberdeen at 6.20pm yesterday. A total of 11 firefighters, five police officers and a number paramedics were called to assist near Robert Gordon University’s Gray’s School of Art. The man was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary following the incident but is not thought to have sustained serious injuries. A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
