Police have been called following a two-vehicle crash on a busy north-east road.
Officers were called to the scene at Toll of Birness shortly shortly after 12pm this afternoon.
The crash is understood to have involved a lorry and a black Honda Jazz.
Unconfirmed reports suggest that a learner driver may have been in control of the Honda at the time of the crash.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland confirmed that the road remains open and traffic is currently being allowed to pass.
She added that no injuries have been reported.
