Police have named the woman found dead in an Aberdeen flat at the weekend.
Dianne Ross, 63, was discovered in a property in the Beach Boulevard area yesterday morning.
Police put up a cordon around the building while they carried out an investigation. It was initially treated as unexplained but they have now confirmed there are no suspicious circumstances. They also said a report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
Detective Inspector Allen Shaw said: “I would like to thank the public for their patience while inquiries were carried out in the area.
“Our thoughts are with Ms Ross’s family at this time.”
