Three people have appeared in court after a woman was found unconscious in a city centre flat with serious injuries.
The woman was discovered in the Union Street property in the early hours of Friday morning, and police said later that day that she may have been victim of an attack.
Yesterday three people appeared from custody in private at the city’s sheriff court all facing charges of assault to severe injury and danger to life, robbery and attempted robbery.
Daniel Bertram, 30, Christopher Chesser 35, and Claire Hay, 20, all made no plea.
Bertram and Chesser were remanded in custody and Hay was released on bail. A date for their next court appearance has not yet been confirmed.
