A north-east street is currently closed to the public after an incident in the early hours of this morning. Police Scotland have been at Fernie Place in Fraserburgh since at least 8am today and have reportedly told residents to not leave their homes. Tape and a police van is blocking access to the cul-de-sac while officers carry out their investigation. This morning, a spokesman for the force could only confirm that it was in attendance. “There is an ongoing inquiry there,” he added. More to follow.
