Driving around the north-east today, you can see the major road taking shape. This latest drone footage shows the progression on the Stonehaven to Balmedie stretch and drivers using the new Goval roundabout. Transport Scotland announced last week another major milestone in the project with 1,000 of 1,183 beams now in place along the route. The national body said they were confident that the bypass would be completed on schedule with opening set for this winter.
