Emergency services were first alerted to the collision shortly before 11am. Police, fire and ambulance crews were all called to the scene. Two appliances from Alford and Banchory, with nine firefighters on board, were called to the museum at about 11am but left a short time later. An air ambulance is now at the scene. It is understood someone has been seriously injured in the crash. An ambulance service spokesman said: “We received a call at 1051 hours today to attend an incident at the Grampian Transport Museum in Alford. “We dispatched one ambulance, a local doctor and our helimed air ambulance to the scene.”
