Police are appealing for information after a woman was pushed to the ground while out walking her dog.
Officers in Garioch say the incident took place in the Blackburn area at around 9.30pm on Wednesday, September 6.
The woman is understood to have been walking on the main road near Ash Grove when she was assaulted.
Investigating officer PC David Drysdale said: “This was an unprovoked assault on a woman walking her dog. Thankfully she was not badly injured but was left shaken by the incident.
“I would ask that if anyone recalls seeing or hearing anything at the time of the incident to call in.
“I am especially keen to speak to two men who were walking in the area at the time and may have information useful to this enquiry.”
